Speaking today at the new “Ice Cream Eh!!” ice cream parlour in Malignant Cove, NS, Prime Minister Stephen Harper revealed to reporters the latest economic stimulus package. His government will spend 1.4 billion dollars in seed money to help finance
a large chain of ice cream parlours.

As an incentive to kick off support for “Ice Cream Eh!!”, the government is offering free ice cream for a month to everybody. The PM cleverly quipped, “Who doesn’t like ice cream eh?” To avoid confusion and chaos during the offering, he added, "Those in line are urged to arrange themselves in alphabetical order."

He reiterated that the government would take "whatever appropriate steps are necessary" to ensure the sucess of the venture. That includes staffing the outlets with competitively priced employees. According to inside sources, most were former Air Canada maintenance workers aquired shortly after a large downsizing.

He concluded by stating, "I want to assure Canadians that with this plan, we will position our economy to emerge stronger than ever. From the fix'em up floor to the Canucklehead Cream Chocolate Cooler. It’s jobs and ice cream for everybody! Yee Haw!!."
